Check-In: from 15:00
Check-Out: until 11:00 am

If circumstances permit, we will of course be happy to arrange flexible check-in/out times. We kindly ask you to let us know your wishes in this regard as early as possible.

Discounts for children

From 2 adults as 3rd bed

Children up to 4 years stay with us FREE OF CHARGE!
5 - 7 years: 50 % reduction
8 - 16 years: 30 % reduction
From 17 years: 15 % discount

Dogs and cats are welcome

Costs: Euro 10.00 per day & animal

We ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the restaurant and garden.

Local tax

The local tax is Euro 2.25 per day & person (from 16 years).

Replacement for meals

We will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for meals that cannot be consumed. We ask for your understanding that meals not consumed cannot be compensated as a discount or cash payment.

Cancellation conditions and cancellation fees

From 6 to 2 weeks before arrival: 25% of the total price!
From 2 weeks to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total price!
From 3 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total price of the nights booked but not consumed.
We are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.
